Our family of four (including two teenagers) stayed here for one night in late June 2014. The location is very good, walking distance from the rail station, downtown and the river and right across from the chateau. The hotel is an older building but it is in good shape. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay, would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Great location right next to the Chateau. Close proximity parking. Really helpful staff on the reception. Would definitely use the Hotel again. Old quaint and creaky but rather liked that.

Very friendly reception and smiling helpfulness throughout. Location unbeatable with great view of the chateau. Reduction provided on parking and visit to chateau. Where else would you want to stay in Blois?

Very friendly staff, received a discount for castle tickets - and good suggestions about restaurants. Rooms equipment is old, but we stayed one night, so it was ok. Castle, city center are very close.

This family owned hotel is lovely and very welcoming. The reception team couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel. The view of the castle from our room was unforgettable.

Amazing staff. The receptionist was so kind helping and suggesting to make our stay the most confortable. She recommended us a wonderful crêpes restaurant, whe contacted to a bike rental for our excursions... It was a big pleasure. - Location great, just besides Blois Castle. Actually it is just between the train station and the city centre, which makes it perfect. - Breakfast very nice. It's not strictly a buffet, but you won't miss that much -except maybe fresh fruit. - Hair dryer on the room.

Perfect location Great value To get such a large room in Blois overlooking the chateau for that price -- maybe best value of our trip Very accommodating staff

The hotel was in a wonderful location right in the centre of Blois but with easy parking nearby. When we booked, the proprietor sent a personal email welcoming us and this was typical of the whole style of the hotel which was friendly, cheerful and welcoming. The hotel is in an old, very characterful building said to have belonged originally to the Dukes of Guise, and the owners have kept a lot of character while making sure that it is comfortable and modern where it needs to be. I would highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The personnel was efficient, quick and ready to help, (in French, English and even a little Spanish). The location is great (from my bedroom window I could see Blois Chateau), it's also quite near Blois train station and Blois center. The room is small but comfortable. Anyway, who would spend more than a couple hours in a hotel when there's so much to see around? I totally recommend this hotel.
